March 2025 Renew and Rejoice Update

Our Renew & Rejoice Capital Campaign Projects Team has been hard at work with the first phase of projects. After meeting with contractors, the Projects Team wants to share our updated schedule.

-New Flooring in the EECC Classrooms was installed the weekend of March 14. The installers are scheduled to return the weekend of March 28 to install flooring in the EECC Cafeteria, Vicar’s Office, Campus Ministry Room, and hallway near the weekday entrance.

-The crack in the narthex floor will be fixed on Saturday, March 29th.

-New windows for the Nursery and Conference Room have been ordered and installation is scheduled to begin on March 31.

-Renovations to the Fellowship Hall and Narthex will start on April 21st and should be completed by June 15th.

Installation of the Fellowship Hall and Narthex Bathroom floors is scheduled to begin on Easter Monday, April 21 and should take about 2 weeks.

May 4 will be our last worship service in the Sanctuary for about 5 weeks while the carpet, cushions, and hardwood floors will be replaced.

Flooring in the Narthex, Choir room, and Library will be from May 5th  – 10th.

We will need help setting up for worship in our temporary sanctuary, the Fellowship Hall, on May 8-10. This will include moving the piano and setting up the space.

Worship will be in the Fellowship Hall for about five Sundays - May 11, 18, 25, June 1, and 8.

This schedule could change if issues arise. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make these improvements to our church home.
