Epiphany’s guiding principles are:
Epiphany is a welcoming community, sharing the grace of God, the love of Christ, and the hope of new life with all.
All of this means that:
We are a Christian community that is Lutheran.
Like Martin Luther, we find ourselves wholly dependent upon God’s grace. We find God’s grace as we read Scripture, receive the Sacraments, and live together in community.
We need a Savior.
If you’re looking for the perfect church, you won’t find it here! We don’t put our trust in how perfect we are, but in a loving God who sent Jesus into the world.
We need each other.
Epiphany joyfully partners with almost 200 Lutheran congregations in North Carolina, 9,500 congregations in the US, and Lutherans throughout the world.
