2025 Annual Report Submissions Due Now!

All Ministry Teams, Committees, and other ministries at Epiphany are asked to submit information for the 2025 annual report no later than next Thursday, January 15 so that we can provide the needed information for Epiphany's Annual Meeting on January 25.  

As you write your report, please provide brief responses to the following questions:
-What are 2–3 key accomplishments or activities from 2023 you’d like to celebrate?
-What is one goal or exciting aspiration you are working toward for 2024?
-Can you share a way you’ve seen God working through your ministry this year?
