Items for 2024 Annual Report

All ministry teams, committees, and ministries at Epiphany are asked to submit items for the Annual Report no later than January 10, 2025. Our Executive Committee is trying a new format for this year’s report and asks that the following form be filled out by groups that normally submit items for the Annual Report. We are asking that reports be brief (+/- 100-250 words) to help make the many things we have happening at Epiphany more digestible to our congregation.
