So we can prepare to receive your gift, please contact Mickey Miller, Office Manager at (336) 765-6211, epiphanystaff@epiphanyws.org, or fill out the form at the bottom of this page before you execute any paperwork with your broker. Please let Mickey know the name of the company, the number of shares you wish to donate, when it is to be donated, and how it is to be used. Do not assume that your financial adviser will do this.
While Epiphany gladly accepts most stocks, we reserve the right to decline any donation that is not consistent with our mission and ministry.
