An important part of our Christian life is to serve the world God so loves. Here’s just a small list of how we serve.

Ongoing collections

Each week in the Weekly Star, our weekly newsletter, you’ll find a section with items that people can donate to our ministry partners. Anyone is welcome to bring those to the church on Sunday morning or during church office hours.

Partnership with Ibraham Elementary

Epiphany proudly partners with Ibraham Elementary School. Each week, we pack backpacks full of food for children living in poverty. In addition, we run a food pantry several times a month for families in the community.

Christ’s Beloved Community

Christ’s Beloved Community is an exciting mission congregation on the Southside of Winston-Salem. We have volunteers that work with their food pantry and attend to other needs of this growing community.

Partnership with the Global Church

Epiphany partners with our wider church. Our primary partnership is a long-standing relationship with the Rev. Dr. David Brondos and his wife, Alicia, who serve in Mexico City on behalf of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. We also partner with our Lutheran brothers and sisters in Namibia.

Epiphany Builders

For many years, the men and women of the Epiphany Builders have worked on homes in our community and in other places. All skill levels are welcomed.

Campus Ministry Outreach

An important part of our identity has been our work with the Wake Forest University community. Epiphany is the contact site for Lutheran Campus Ministry. Each Tuesday during the school year, congregation members provide a home cooked meal to Lutheran students at Wake Forest.
